Kuany was framed as a long, slim and bouncy off-ball wing whose most compelling strengths were catch-and-shoot threes, play-finishing opportunities and transition scoring. The report noted clear year-to-year shooting progress, especially on more difficult movement looks.

- His shot diet was heavily dependent on spot-ups, movement threes, transition chances and occasional offensive rebounds.
- Length matters on defense: he can cover ground quickly, contest tightly and finish plays above the rim when he has a runway.
- His thin frame is still a major impediment on both ends, especially when absorbing bumps, holding position or scoring through traffic.
- There was essentially no self-creation and almost no playmaking for others, reflected both in the film and the 0.5 AST to 2.3 TOV line.
- The report wanted him to streamline the shooting, make more defensive plays, improve the handle even in straight-line situations, and become more effective in traffic.
- He was described as having NBA athleticism, but not yet the all-around game to maximize it.
ORIGINAL PROJECTION
The report suggested that Kuany should continue developing at a mid-major college program or could be slowly brought along in the NBL. The appeal comes from the tools — size, length, bounce and real three-point promise — but the developmental need is to do more on both ends and especially to become a better two-point scorer.
