• He does not add enough when the shot is not falling. Passing is secondary for him, and the off-ball value is still limited.
• Needs to cut more and become more comfortable shooting spot-ups. The low three-point volume remains an important translation question.
• No singular elite skill yet. Smaller guards generally need to be truly electric to keep progressing through higher levels.
• Playmaking is basic. It can be effective when his speed creates kick-outs or drop-offs, but he can still get sped up as a passer.
• Half-court reads remain difficult to gauge. NBA Academy Africa played quickly, leaving fewer possessions that demanded patient organization against a set defense.

Who and how will Neto defend at the next level? Can he find a better and more versatile balance of scoring and passing? Can he contribute more off the ball, particularly spotting up?
